In this weekend retreat we will explore the unique and provocative teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness within a context of sitting meditation and contemplative movement practices. We will engage mindfulness as our natural embodied capacity to notice and appreciate our interactions with the world with more subtlety, precision and delight. This retreat is open to anyone. Please join us!

Before the retreat, please read Trungpa Rinpoche's teachings on the Four Foundations in The Heart of the Buddha—or find them by clicking here.
