Generosity Policy

We have a generosity policy to make our offerings available to all who wish to participate. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please consider what works for you, and offer as much of the program fee as you can.

Arrangements for the generosity policy must be made on the telephone with a Boulder Shambhala Center staff member at least three days in advance of the program start date. They cannot be made at the registration table or in the “comments” section of the online program registration form.

Please contact Eileen Malloy, Operations Manager, at [email protected] or 303.444.0190 x102 to discuss the amount you can offer. There will then be a voucher waiting for you at the registration table for that program.

Shambhala dues-paying members may use the generosity policy for nearly all programs.

Non-members may use the generosity policy for the Way of Shambhala curriculum:

  • Shambhala Training I–V
  • Classes in the “Everyday Life” series (Meditation, Contentment, Joy, Fearlessness, Wisdom)
  • Classes in the “Basic Goodness” series (Who am I?, How Can I Help?, What is Real?)
  • Rigden: Unconditional Confidence

For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “sponsor price.” Your generosity in offering the sponsor price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
