Enjoy a night of musical journeys from the highlands to the seas, across oceans and continents. Wanderer bards and troubadours Andrew Forbes, Adam Agee and Jon Sousa, three of the country’s premier talents playing Irish and Scottish folk, gather together for one night only at the Boulder Shambhala Center. These three friends are all home bound to the front range and will join with other artists during the evening, including Scott Parker Mast and Mason Brown.

Andrew Forbes is a musician from Boulder known for his work on the highland bagpipes. Trained as a piper in Nova Scotia, he carries the traditions of Scottish highland piping from that region. Taken by American blues, rock, and soul at a young age, Forbes has always brought a spirit of soulful showmanship to his performances, starting at age fifteen. He brought the spirit of legendary musicians into his love for bagpipe music, always finding a way to further explore his music of the pipes. Over twenty years later, with a considerable score of credits recording and performing in all medias with world-class talent, Forbes is still electrifying audiences with his unique piping talent. Based in New York City, his mission is simply to change the world by uplifting it through his music, to turn hearts open through appreciation and wonder. This never-ending mission has been the focus of his life for decades.

Jon Sousa and Adam Agee are rising stars in the American Celtic music scene and have been touring Europe, the UK, Ireland, and the USA. Adam and Jon journey through the Irish idiom on fiddle, guitar, and tenor banjo. They put down musical roots in Ireland's County Clare, where they once lived together and now frequently visit. Their connection to their instruments and the transcendent energy in their music captivate and uplift audiences of all ages.
