This course is recommended for anyone who wants to take the Refuge Vow on Sunday, October 29th, 2017.

When a person takes Refuge in the Three Jewels, one is called a Buddhist. What does it mean to take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha? This three-session class will introduce the basic principles of the Three Jewels.

This introduction to Buddhism is open to anyone curious about what it means to be a Buddhist. The course is especially recommended for those who are planning to take the Refuge Vow (October 29, 2017) at the Boulder Shambhala Center.

The Refuge Vow sourcebook will be available for purchase. It includes talks on Refuge by Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
