The Boulder Shambhala Center offers several opportunities for beginning and experienced meditators to receive introductory and ongoing meditation instruction.

Sunday Open House
Join us at the Center on Sundays for an introduction to our Center, lineage, and community. The Open House includes a talk, meditation instruction, discussion, and a social. Drop-ins are welcome. Learn more.
Every Sunday, 10:30am–noon in the community room, no charge

Monday Night Community Gathering: Conversations for Good
A community event for Shambhala members and newcomers—please invite your friends! Each week, a Shambhala teacher leads a discussion on a contemporary topic of concern and inspiration. Includes meditation instruction, meditation practice, and a social reception. Come engage, practice and mingle—a perfect way to start the week!
Every Monday, 7–9pm, $10 donation requested

Young Sangha Night
A gathering for people ages 16 to late 30s. We welcome anyone curious about meditation, who want a more regular meditation practice, or who are simply looking to meet open, interesting people. Starts at 7pm with 30 minutes of sitting meditation. Meditation instruction is available if requested. At the end of the evening, we go out to socialize with food and drink.
Every Tuesday, 7–8:30pm, followed by social. No charge for the program, but donations are appreciated.

Wednesday Drop-In Meditation Instruction
Every Wednesday, we offer public group meditation instruction from 5 to 6 pm. This is an opportunity to learn the basic techniques of sitting meditation. You may wish to ask questions, deepen or reconnect with your practice, or get to know others interested in meditation practice.
Every Wednesday, 5–6pm, no charge. Please arrive on time!
