The Boulder Shambhala Center offers several opportunities for beginning and experienced meditators to receive introductory and ongoing meditation instruction.

Sunday Open House
Join us at the center on Sundays for an introduction to our center, lineage, and community. The Open House includes a talk, meditation instruction, discussion, and a social. Drop-ins are welcome. Learn more
Every Sunday from 10:30am to noon in the community room, no charge.

Monday Night Community Gathering: Conversations for Good
A community event for both the Boulder Shambhala Center community and new-comers (please invite your friends!), each week features a Shambhala teacher leading discussion on contemporary topics of concern and inspiration. Meditation practice (and instruction) and a fun community reception will bookend the evening. Come engage, practice and mingle–a perfect way to start your week! Join us Mondays from 7-9pm for this free, drop-in program.
Every Monday, 7 – 9pm, $10 donation requested.

Young Sangha Night
A gathering specially for people 16 to late 30’s at the Boulder Shambhala Center. For anyone curious about meditation or who want a more regular meditation practice, or anyone looking to meet interesting and open people. Everybody welcome.
Every Tuesday 7-8:30 with social afterwards. No charge for the program, but donations are appropriate and appreciated.

Wednesday Drop-in Meditation Instruction
Every Wednesday, we offer public group meditation instruction from 5 to 6 pm. This is an opportunity to learn the basic techniques of sitting meditation. You may wish to ask questions, to deepen or reconnect with your practice, or get to know others interested in meditation practice.
Every Wednesday, 5 – 6 pm (please arrive promptly), no charge.
