COVID-19 Community Update
March 11, 2020
COVID-19 Community Update from BSC Staff:
As a staff, we have implemented a staff ROTA to disinfect surfaces in the building twice a day with bleach solution. We have also posted CDC protocols throughout the building.
In order to keep everybody safe at our center, and limit exposure to the virus:
- Please wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds upon arriving and departing.
- Please avoid touching your own and each other’s faces.
- If you have any flu-like symptoms—mild or severe—such as fever, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, please do not enter BSC.
- If you have been traveling, particularly by air, we request that you do not enter Boulder Shambhala Center until you have cleared the incubation period (14 days) and/or have been tested. This is particularly in consideration of the older demographic of our community.
- For some of our upcoming programs, we are working to offer online participation as an option for those who are ill or unable to attend in person.
