    About this Retreat

In deep inquiry, we discover that the primary cause or root of our suffering lies in our mind. We are also constantly perpetuating our internal pain by feeding our habitual patterns. There is a way to cut through this cycle. Anam Thubten will lead this retreat by using the essential principles of a traditional Tibetan Buddhist practice called Chod, which literally means “cutting through.” This practice invites us to journey into our own psyche, to meet with our habitual patterns and let go of our grasping to them. Then we can live life with an abundance of joy and freedom.
