    Friday, December 27th through Thursday, January 2nd
    Each Day is 8:30am to 5:30pm with lunch from 12pm to 1:30pm (see below)

    ATTENDANCE: While it is strongly advised participants come for the entire 7 days, people may come for a minimum of 3 or more consectutive days. 
     
    $350 for full retreat or $50/day with a minimum of 3 days

    Beginning, intermediate and advanced practitioners are all welcome to attend. The main practice will be Shamatha/Vipashyana (mindfulness/awareness) sitting meditation practice as taught in the lineage of Chögyam Trungpa, Rinpoche. Walking meditation and loving kindness practice are included.
     
    We'll  be eating a contemplative lunch together each day in the shrine room (bringing your food from home). There will be a contemplative tea break in the shrine room in the afternoons. 
     
    A dharma talk or reading will be given every afternoon session (except for days of silence).  
     
    The 5 precepts will be offered for those who wish to practice them during the retreat. 
     
    This program is one week of a dathun (month long meditation retreat) as taught by Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche.  
     
    Meditation cushions and chairs are provided. Beginning, intermediate and advanced practitioners are all welcome to attend.
