The Four Foundations of Mindfulness are traditional teachings taught in nearly all Buddhist lineages. In this participatory and interactive weekend retreat we will explore the unique and poignant teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche on The Four Foundations of Mindfulness: mindfulness of body, mindfulness of livelihood, mindfulness of effort, and mindfulness of mind.
There will be talks, sitting meditation, and discussions to explore and work with mindfulness as our natural capacity to notice and appreciate our interactions with the world with more subtlety, precision and delight. This weekend is open to anyone. It will be preferable to join in-person if possible because our activities will be experiential and community building. Please join us!
Hybrid & open to all! In-person participation preferred if possible
