In this introductory class you will receive the technique, guidance and experience necessary to start a mindfulness-awareness or "peaceful abiding" meditation practice. Your teacher will give you detailed meditation instruction followed by practice and discussion.
This program is ideal for beginners or students wanting to refresh their meditation technique.
This program is in-person only. If you unwell or experiencing symptoms please join the following month when you feel better. Masks are not required.
