With Shastri Janet Solyntjes

The aim of the Shambhala Sadhana is that a healthy society will transpire from practicing it.  Through this practice one engages in dialogue based on genuine questions––Who am I?  What is my relationship to the world?
In this session the three primary mantras found within the sadhana will be explored as a way to allow the mind to gain meaning, and thus power to live our lives as brave and caring people.
