Working with our minds can provide a simple yet profound foundation for meeting the challenges of parenting during unprecedented times. We can transform our insecurities and turn them into opportunities, and those opportunities can lead to wisdom and personal growth. One important understanding is to realize that we are not alone in this journey. There are countless others who are walking the parenting path as well.

Please join us as we apply ancient and modern contemplative techniques, engage in discussions, and add to our parenting toolbox. Each week we will explore topics such as “Self-care While Care-giving,” “Creating Resilient Children,” and “Technology’s Impact on Parenting”. We will benefit from the experiences of others and activate our own innate wisdom. Making friends with our minds we can become our own greatest ally on the parenting path.
