In these tumultuous times, many of us feel our lives are overfull and find it hard to take care of ourselves. It can be rare to have an opportunity to gather in the simplicity of meditation practice. The space we share when we practice supports our inherent strength and open heart. By sitting still and being with ourselves without judgement, we begin to connect with our inherent wakefulness, which we call bodhicitta. This is the seed of vulnerability and openness that exists within each of us and that allows us to connect with our world and with each other. Please join us in creating a community of practice and study in the heart of the city.

There will be evening talks on Lojong, the Six Paramitas, and the Four Immeasurables as well as short sessions of guided Loving Kindness contemplation interspersed throughout the day. Individual meditation instruction appointments will be available throughout the week.

Please come for one session, one day or the entire week. Teachers will include Michelle De Raismes and more! There is no charge to attend a single session, but please make a donation! Suggested donation is $10 per session.
