    Social Meditation meets twice a month, on the second and fourth Wednesdays. The practice of social meditation explores how our meditation practice can integrate with our daily social interactions. Social meditation fosters the space to connect authentically and genuinely, just as we are.

    Each evening includes a variety of activities to bring us in touch with ourselves and others. A typical evening includes:


            - Sitting meditation
            - Introduction to Social Meditation
            - Social Meditation Practice

    Please arrive on time, since doors are locked at 7:15pm. The evening concludes with refreshments and time for socializing in a vibrant community atmosphere. Drop-in. No registration required. A suggested donation of $5–10 supports this program and promotes a sane, caring and brave environment—and snacks too!
