    Social Meditation

    The practice of social meditation explores how our meditation practice can integrate with our daily social interactions. Social meditation fosters the space to connect authentically and genuinely, just as we are.

    Any given night has a variety of activities that bring us in touch with ourselves and others. A typical night consists of:
            - Sitting meditation
            - Introduction to Social Meditation
            - Social Meditation Practice

    Please arrive on time, doors will be locked at 7:15 pm.

    The evening concludes with refreshments and time for socializing in a vibrant community atmosphere.

    There is no registration. The suggested donation of $5-10 supports this program and promotes a sane, caring and brave environment - and snacks, too!
