Please join us for the FULL MOON Shambhala Sadhana
Open to all members and friends
Sunday, September 10
4-6pm, free

The Full Moon Shambhala Sadhana practice is open to all who long to connect their hearts with others near and far and with the power and possibility of establishing good society. The practice includes reading a beautiful liturgy aloud as a group, mantra recitation (in English), and extending caring to oneself, to others, and to the world’s community.

This Sadhana will be dedicated to those struggling in the aftermath of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. There will be opportunity to contemplate many questions arising in the face of this major crisis, including “How can I help?” Information about where to make charitable donations will be provided. Following the practice, there will be time to enjoy refreshments and each other’s good company.
