Rocky Mountain Shambhala Mid Summer’s Day Celebration and Picnic Potluck

Everyone is invited to the Rocky Mountain Shambhala regional Mid Summer’s Day Celebration on Sun June 21st from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the High Plains Environmental Center (HPEC) in Loveland, CO.

As Shambhala practitioners, we are encouraged to have a connection with the earth and the natural changes of the seasons as they remind us of the impermanence and cyclical nature of all things. We celebrate the four Shambhala Nyida Days on each solstice and equinox. Mid Summer Day is the longest day of sunlight in the year. Come gather as community and friends to celebrate the beginning of Summer. Everyone is welcome — So please invite neighbors, friends, and family!

In order for this to be a full event with many types of food and drinks for all it’s important for everyone to sign up on the Bring-It sign up sheet as to what you will be bringing for food, supplies, games and equipment, etc – HERE!

Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Directions to the High Plains Environmental Center :  From I-25 take the Loveland Exit #257 and head west on Hwy 34.  Turn right (north) at the light onto Boyd Lake Avenue. After 1 mile (the second roundabout) turn right (east) at the Lakes at Centerra sign, onto Long Pine Lake Drive and drive to the end of the street.  The picnic area and HPEC greenhouses will be on your left.
