New summer hours starting Sunday, June 1

We would like to make everyone aware of the new public summer hours at the Boulder Shambhala Center beginning Sunday, June 1.

These new public summer hours reflect more accurately how and when the building is actually being used, and will allow us to better use our space and staff resources to serve the community.

Public Hours (Starting Sunday, June 1)

Monday – Friday: 12 noon – 7:30 pm
Saturday: Closed to the public (available to member practice groups and weekend programs only)
Sunday: 9:00 am – 12 noon

Even when the building is closed to the public, members of the Shambhala community may arrange access to the building for group practice or classes. If you are a member and would like to set up a group practice time in one of our shrine rooms, please contact us.

The Main Shrine Room will be available Monday through Friday for sitting meditation from noon until 5:30 pm. From 5:30 – 6:30 pm we will have evening sitting, and conclude the session with closing chants. Everyone is welcome to come for sitting meditation practice during the hours the building is open to the public.

Please feel free to contact anyone on staff if you have questions – 303-444-0190.
