Welcome to the Boulder Shambhala Center

The Boulder Shambhala Center is part of a global community of meditation centers dedicated to the principle that every human being has a fundamental nature of basic goodness. This nature can be developed in daily life through meditation so that it radiates out to family, friends, community and society.

We welcome anyone interested in the practice of meditation and anyone who aspires to expand the experience of gentleness and nonaggression into all areas of life.

New to meditation or the center?

Katie Baingbridge

Meditation is a practice that anyone can do, and it can become a lifelong path – especially if you are supported by a warm and vibrant community.

Join us for free instruction in mindfulness-awareness meditation, one of our public meditation sessions, a weekly introductory dharma talk, or one of our many evening and weekend programs based on the Shambhala teachings. We offer classes and meditation instruction for both beginners and people with years of experience.

We look forward to meeting you!
